has over 35 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. He began his career at Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director. Joining Goldman Sachs, he became a General Partner and expanded the firm's investment banking services in Europe. After retiring from Goldman, he joined as a partner at the Beacon Group, a private equity and advisory firm, which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase. He then served as Asia Pacific Executive Chairman for the Bank for six years in Hong Kong. Ralph subsequently joined Oaktree Capital as Asia Pacific Chairman, and served until March 2012. Ralph has been active in Mongolia finance since 2006 when he led a JPMorgan delegation for discussions with the government, and in 2007 negotiated three major investment projects for Oaktree Capital in Mongolia.

is a Mongolian national and a well connected financial professional with both international and local experience. He started his career with Sony Corp. in Tokyo as an engineer and manager. After obtaining a MBA, he joined Lehman Brothers, Asia (later Nomura Securities), where he specialized in M&A. After returning to Mongolia, he managed the investment portfolio of a major local investment group, and held senior positions at Monet Capital and Composite Capital, visiting over 200 Mongolian companies to discuss their financing needs. Among his deals he led the acquisition and turnaround of a major Mongolian mobile operator by domestic investors, the exit of a Mongolian telecom service company, and the divestiture of a local securities firm. He holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, and MS and BS degrees from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is fluent in English, Japanese and Mongolian.

As a Private Equity Principal for six years at Swicorp, he sourced, structured, and added value to investments in consumer driven sectors in Asia, Middle East and Turkey. Earlier he served for three years as a Private Equity Vice President for Finstar Global Partners, executing and managing investments in manufacturing, technology, consumer retail & distribution sectors in South America and the US. Prior to that he spent three years as an Investment Associate at Edison Venture Fund, focusing on information technology driven investments. Rilwan started his career as an investment banking analyst at UBS in New York. He holds a MBA from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BSc in Commerce from University of Massachusetts, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Douglas Clayton

In 1999 he founded Abacus Equity Partners which arranged and participated in several of Thailand’s most successful private equity investments. As Chief Investment Officer of Knight Asia Group, he helped manage Knight Pacific Fund. He also served as a senior executive at prominent securities firms such as CLSA. Douglas holds an MM from Thailand’s Chulalongkorn University and a BA (History) from Cornell University.
