Kenneth Stevens

joined Leopard Capital in 2007 and has over 21 years of operational and investment experience in Southeast Asia. After serving as research head and investment banker at CLSA Securities in Thailand, he spent ten years managing proprietary private equity investments in Thailand and Vietnam. Ken’s specific operational experience includes project design, construction and management, product distribution, aquaculture production, and service businesses. He holds an MIM from Thunderbird and a BA from Cornell University, and is a CFA charter holder.

joined Leopard Capital in 2008 and has 16 years experience in investment banking and private equity. He was a Director of Merrill Lynch’s Global Energy & Power investment banking group in London, Houston, and Calgary. Earlier he was a member of the investment teams of First Reserve Corp., an energy-focused private equity group and Sterling Group, a private equity firm investing in the US petrochemical, agribusiness, and manufacturing sectors. Scott received an MPA and a BBA (Accounting) with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Robert Giaon

has more than 15 years experience in the financial management of major companies with operations in North America, Asia, and Africa. His areas of expertise include cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Early in his career, Robert completed several assignments as a management consultant and served as an Asian based executive for the global charities ‘Save the Children’ and CARE International. Robert holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a BS from Old Dominion University. He is a Lao national and is fluent in Lao, Thai, and Vietnamese.

Vincent Bounleua

previously worked in the rice milling industry in Laos and Thailand and completed an internship at Merrill Lynch (Singapore). Vincent received a Masters in Global Political Economy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Business Management from Indiana University. He is fluent in English and French, and has working knowledge of Lao, Mandarin, and Cantonese.


Mana Southichack

Show Bio

is the Founder and CEO of Intergro Inc., a Vientiane, Laos based company that provides project advisory, consulting services, and market research for multinational companies and local businesses that operate in Laos. Mana is an Advisor to the Prime Minister’s Office and has substantial connections with the Ministries of Lao PDR. He is a Director and Owner of the largest business magazine in Laos and has interests in other businesses. Mana was awarded a PhD in economics from the University of Hawaii, USA.
