Douglas W. Clayton, 47,
has 21 years of experience in emerging markets investments. As Director and Chief Investment Officer of Knight Asia Group, Mr. Clayton helped manage Knight Pacific Fund and Knight Thai Strategic Investments. He was Chief Executive of the Thailand office and then of the Latin America regional division of CLSA Securities, and of the Singapore and Malaysia offices of Indosuez WI Carr Securities. He also founded and managed Abacus Equity Partners (Thailand), a private equity advisory firm. Mr. Clayton holds a MM degree (Sasin), and BA (Cornell). |

Thomas E. Hugger, 45,
spent 26 years in private banking, where he specialized in managing portfolios of listed and unlisted equity investments. His most recent position was Executive Director and Head of Investments at LGT Investment Management (Asia), Hong Kong. Earlier he held investment positions at LGT Bank (Zurich) and Bank Julius Baer in Zurich and Hong Kong. Mr. Hugger is a CFIA – (Federal) Certified Financial Analyst and Investment Adviser – Switzerland, and a Certified EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies) Financial Analyst. |

Stephen G. Simmons, 50,
spent 11 years with CLSA Securities in Hong Kong, Bangkok, and London, holding managerial positions such as Head of Thailand Sales, Head of the Thailand, Indonesia, and Philippines offices, Head of Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa Sales in London, and Head of South East Asia Sales in London. Mr. Simmons subsequently founded and managed Invicta Property Partnership LLP, which invested in more than 25 properties in England. Mr. Simmons graduated from Sandhurst and served for 17 years in the British Army, reaching the rank of Major. |

Kenneth M. Stevens, 47,
has 17 years of unlisted and listed equities investment and business management experience. After serving as Head of Research and Investment Banking Executive at CLSA Securities in Thailand, he spent ten years developing his own group of business ventures in Thailand and Vietnam. His operational experience includes project design, construction and management; product distribution; aquaculture production; and service businesses. Mr. Stevens holds a MIM (Thunderbird) and a BA (Cornell), and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |

Stephen J. Bridges, LVO, 47
Over a 25 year career with the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Mr. Bridges helped to shape and formulate British foreign policy and implement British political and economic relations across the Asia Pacific region. His most recent positions were Ambassador to Cambodia, Deputy High Commissioner to Bangladesh, and First Secretary/Head of Chancery in Malaysia.
Mr. Bridges is Managing Director of Kingdom Resources Co. Ltd., a mining exploration group active in Cambodia and Vietnam. He holds a MA in Asian Pacific Studies (Leeds) and BSc (London University). |

Dr. Gordian Gaeta, 52,
is one of Asia’s leading banking consultants and risk control experts. He has developed strategies and business plans for many of Asia’s leading financial services businesses, capital markets organizations, and stock exchanges, and advised or served close to half of the top 100 banks worldwide. Since leaving Booz Allen & Hamilton in 1998 as Managing Partner for financial services across Asia, Dr. Gaeta has been an active private equity investor and independent consultant. Dr. Gaeta received PhD and LL.M degrees from the University of Vienna. |

Paul A. Kaju, 48,
has over 25 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. He founded Chelsea Park Partners Ltd in 2005, an investment advisory business with offices in Singapore and London.
Previously he held senior positions in trading, investment, and corporate finance at Cargill, Merrill Lynch, and Lazard. Mr. Kaju holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |

Hamish B. Macpherson, 53,
served as a British Petroleum executive in various countries before joining Bank of Butterfield in Bermuda and then Hong Kong, where he specialized in Trusts & Fiduciary Services. Mr. Macpherson is currently chairman of Wyvern International, an investment advisory group, and serves as a consultant to several banks in Asia. He manages a private equity portfolio of investments in over 20 international business ventures, including mineral resources in frontier markets in Africa. Mr. Macpherson holds a BSc degree (Kent) and is a Chartered Accountant. |

Terence F. Mahony, 65,
has over 40 years of professional experience in investment management and financial services. He served as Baring International Investment Management’s Chief Investment Officer of Latin America, HSBC Asset Management’s Chief Investment Officer for Global Emerging Markets, and Trust Company of the West’s Managing Director for Emerging Markets. Mr. Mahony is currently Investment Manager Selection Limited’s Director and Investment Committee member. Mr. Mahony holds a MBA (INSEAD) and a BA (Oxford). |

Polleak-Guillaume Ok Serei, 27,
has over three years of experience working in Cambodia in the development sector within the UN system, mainly with a project of the International Labour Organization. He was also a lecturer in international relations at the Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Mr Ok Serei holds a law degree from the Université de Paris X and an MA in international economics and international relations from SAIS Johns Hopkins University.
